Create order button with price and currency converter -- 2

We are a game server provider ([url removed, login to view]) and are looking for someone who can optimize the look and feel of our order button.
We already have a button created: [url removed, login to view]
But the script is ran in PHP and doesn't function correctly because of the server side cache.
We need an implementation that works in the visitors browser (for example by using javascript)
It needs the following functionality:
* Automatic currency conversion USD, GBP and EUR based on IP location of visitor.
* Person can change currency with a button and setting is saved in a cookie and retrieved upon loading a page with the javascript.
* Works in client browser(e.g. javascript) to avoid caching of the currency's in Joomla cache.
