We are a start up business hiring vintage china for afternoon teas, parties, filming and photography and corporate events or product launches.
We are looking for a logo that is in more than one colour but that could still be printed in monochrome. We also need the logo and company name to be usable both together and separately. It needs to be a vector image. It would be excellent if the final product could be rearrangeable and resizable to suit a number of needs including website header, business cards, headed paper, company clothing and delivery van branding.
We are open to suggestions of colour and content. We like pastel colours and warm punchy vintage tones of green, blue and pink colours. We're concerned that the colour pallette shouldn't be too juvenile. The logo needs to fit in with a sophisticated website design with a vintage-chic feel. We are intending to use a muted grey palette as the background of the website but this can be altered if it wouldn't suit the preferred design.
We like the idea of incorporating a stylised picture of vintage china into the logo such as a stack of vintage cups, a teacup and saucer or a teapot. This is open to interpretation or ommission as the designer sees fit.
The business is called "Vintage Tea Cup Hire". We have a wide selection of teacups ranging in age from 1835 to 1970s. We can cater for parties for over 300 people. This number is growing everyday.
