Logo - Brand Identity

We need a logo/brand identity for a new company called Mr Perkins & Co.
Company details:
- name - Mr Perkins & Co.
- business - online grocer
- huge emphasis on high quality, local, sustainable produce
Logo requirements
- largely text based - closely aligned to a font that can be downloaded bought so ongoing collateral can have strong resemblance to logo
- serif or cursive font
- need to be able to derive a smaller simpler MP logo from the Mr Perkins & Co. logo.
- logo needs to have a traditional rather than modern feel - think wax seals, typewriters, old rubber stamps, brown paper packages and brown string
- try to include date established (eg " Since 2011" or "Since MMXI")
- A vibrant and fresh colour - most probably green or yellow
- To fit with a butchers or fettucine stripe on print and online collateral - like an old fashioned shop awning - stripe will be same or complementary colour to shop logo
- clean. not fussy or with text decoration associated with some traditional designs
- see uploaded images that are good inspiration
Finished artwork format
- will need to deliver layered vector logo
- adobe illustrator CS5 compatible
Selection criteria:
• We would like to see at least 2 samples (or draft/ concepts) from each bidder.
• Price
• Turnaround time
Based on above criteria we will choose Winner to work together to finalize logo
