Web Graphic Work in English & Japanese

We are putting together a shoppping cart / affiliate setup to sell Propectin ([url removed, login to view]) in Japan. The current shopping cart is in development at http://www.propectinjapan.jp.
We need a graphic artist to design the slides for the slideshow, as well as numerous advertising banners. All work needs to be done in English and Japanese. The Japanese needs to be actually translated (not using a 3rd party service like Google Translate).
