Selling my design layout "PreApproval Letter Mailer (auto)" SEE attachment

I'm selling this piece I did for a client who bailed out of his obligations. The copy is currently set up for an Auto Dealership Pre-Approval Letter. I designed it full color CMYK to a trim size of 8.5" x 14" 1 sided, to trifold down for USPS mail. It is a 100% original design by me from the ground up. Very eye-caching for a direct mail marketing piece. The photos & copy can be changed or kept as is. I'd be willing to work with whom ever might be interested in it to make it better fit anyone's individual needs. Buyer would obviously get all the rights to the final piece as well as copies of the native files. I'm hoping to not really change the integrity or layout to much, just swap out photos & copy as needed. If this does happen to kick off an idea you may have for your company or another project I'd be more than willing to work on a piece for you, which we would discuss further. Just as an FYI... this piece was strategically designed to hit a particular target demographic. I have in the past designed very similar pieces with the same focus in mind that returned responses reporting same-store-sales increases of up to 18%. Please feel free to PM me with any questions.
