Promotional Flyer 101

Hello:
We are looking for a flyer design to promote a new service we’re offering. The flyer would be single sided, black and white (for now), and 8.5” by 11” size. It will be used to promote our service via hand delivered, door to door.
This service is "mortgage cancellation/elimination.... "Yes, it is perfectly legal!" And it is being completed successfully using this legal method directed by attorneys! We would like a flyer designed to raise the level of intrigue to the point a potential client is motivated to contact us. Once people get over the initial response or disbelief... The next question is always, "How is it done?" or "How do you do it?" Hopefully that’s when they contact us!
Right now there is no artwork to speak of... we can provide supportive copy for your edification to gain a better understanding of what we do. The design needs to portray a professional image in maybe a contemporary design!
Please give us an idea on how you like to work, be paid and your fees.
Eventually, we'll need other materials designed as we develop our company image.
