34444 TV InfoChannel design

Hi. I need a very good designer to make me a short Video clip in 3D or just using a nice background of a shopping center floor plan that I will provide to you in an image format. The video has to show: - the "YOU ARE HERE" mark/person, which will move to a store say "ALDO" and a nicely annimated commercial video clip (which I will provide) of ALDO store will come out and start playing on the bottom of the screen, given the fact that the floor plan will continue to stay on top. Please see the attached file in Powerpoint format to see how it's supposed to look, but I need you to make it in a short video format & very nice annimation & design, that's all.
