Optimize WordPress Mobile PageSpeed

My WordPress site’s mobile PageSpeed Insights score hovers between 30 – 60, and I can feel the drag—especially on the homepage and key product pages. I want that score solidly in the green while keeping the desktop experience—and every existing feature—intact. The job is straightforward: audit the current build, pinpoint the bottlenecks, and implement best-practice performance fixes. Typical tasks will include but aren’t limited to image compression, script and stylesheet minification, efficient lazy-loading, server-side or CDN caching, and any critical Core Web Vitals tweaks that Lighthouse flags. You’re free to choose the specific stack—whether that’s WP Rocket, Autoptimize, Cloudflare, or custom code—so long as it plays nicely with my current WordPress setup and doesn’t break visual or functional elements. Deliverables • Raise the mobile PageSpeed Insights score on the homepage and product pages to at least high-80s (ideally 90+) • Document every change (plugin settings, code snippets, server tweaks) so I can replicate or roll back if needed • Provide a short post-optimization report with before/after screenshots from PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix I’ll grant temporary admin and hosting access once we’ve agreed on scope and timing.
