Hay un punto clave a blanquear: en Ritual Estudio estamos en La Plata, Argentina. No podemos ir a medir a Madrid, pero somos expertos en funcionar como su "back-office" remoto. Si ustedes relevan la obra, nosotros armamos toda la planimetría, el 3D y la documentación técnica con la misma calidad que si estuviéramos ahí. Enfoque del proyecto Para que la distancia no se sienta, centralizamos el proceso en un tablero de Notion y enviamos videos por Loom mostrando el avance del modelo 3D. Ustedes gestionan el trato local y nosotros ejecutamos el diseño pesado, manteniendo siempre nuestra línea de materialidad honesta. Etapas y entregables Para este encargo de prueba: Etapa 1: Layout y 3D. Levantamos el modelo base y optimizamos la distribución según sus medidas. Etapa 2: Planos y Renders. Planimetría técnica limpia (AutoCAD) y renders fotorrealistas listos para presentar al cliente. Preguntas estratégicas ¿Tienen un estándar gráfico (rótulos, grosores) al que debamos adaptarnos?
