Editable SKP House Model & Renders

I already have a basic 2-D plan and a 3-D model of my house. I need both redone from scratch in SketchUp so every wall, window, roof plane, and material remains fully editable for future tweaks. After the clean-up, I’d like a package of photorealistic renders that respect the home’s existing design language—essentially showing what the house looks like today and how it could look after the planned updates. Here’s what I am expecting: • A tidy, well-layered SketchUp file (.skp) containing the complete house model in editable form. • “Now vs. Future” drawings and sections exported as PDFs. • A set of high-resolution, true-to-life renders (indoor and exterior) that line up with my reference photographs. • One combined presentation file or folder structure that clearly separates current conditions, proposed changes, and final imagery. You’ll notice I value quality over speed. I’ll choose the freelancer whose past residential modeling and rendering work proves they can match real-world textures, lighting, and proportions.
