Real Estate Sales Sheet Template

I need a clean, well-structured Google Sheet that lets me log every sold flat in my current project and automatically keep customer and payment data organised. For each unit the sheet has to capture: Flat number, Rate, parking type, C.P., total amount, and an ongoing payment-tracking status. The parking field must allow both “Covered” and “Uncovered” selections while still leaving room for “None” when applicable, so a simple dropdown works best. Alongside the unit data I also want a linked customer section that records the buyer’s name, full contact details, and their current payment status. Deliverables: • A Google Sheet template with clearly labelled tabs or sections for flats and customers, already formatted with the columns above. • Basic formulas or data validation (e.g., dropdown for parking, conditional formatting for overdue payments) so the sheet is ready to use the moment it’s opened. • Brief notes inside the file explaining any formulas or validation rules you add.
