Online Data Entry into Spreadsheets

The task is straightforward: I will provide a list of approved online sources plus a template Google Sheet. Your job is to pull the required information from each site and enter it accurately into the sheet (or, if I specify, into my MySQL database). Every row must be complete, formatted exactly to the column headers, and free of duplicates or obvious errors. Because the data arrives from the web, close attention to copy-and-paste artefacts, encoding issues, and hidden characters is essential. I also need brief text notes when something looks inconsistent or a field cannot be found—clear, concise writing here will help me troubleshoot later. Deliverables • Completed spreadsheet/database import file with 100 % of assigned records • A short status note summarising any anomalies, missing fields, or questions Acceptance criteria: records match the source page word-for-word where applicable, numeric fields use the correct regional format, and the final sheet passes my spot-check for accuracy. You’ll be free to use Google Sheets functions, Excel, or database import tools—whatever speeds you up while keeping accuracy high. Once the first batch is approved, there will be additional sets to process under the same guidelines.
