I want to use google sheets to create a dynamic tasklist which can :
The tasklist will be 1 manager to 10 staff.
The manager will be able to assign tasks and deadlines to staff (It could be by having a dedicated sheet for the staff or all could use 1 sheet)
When tasks are assigned to staff, staff should get notified via email or some alert when they get a task or a change happens.
The staff should be able to update the tasks status and add remarks.
When the staff updates, the manager should get notified by some alert or email.
When staff enter tasks they will enter for them self or their colleague. As long as staff created the task the creator and assigned staff should be able to see the entries.
You will be given the design of the task sheet prior to starting but it should be easily changeable if there are changes later.
