You’ll receive batches of completed customer forms—scanned PDFs and occasionally clear photos—and transfer every field into our online spreadsheet and CRM with perfect accuracy. What the work involves: • Review each form for legibility and completeness. • Enter names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and any notes exactly as written. • Flag incomplete or unclear entries so I can follow up with the customer. • Keep the data organised in Google Sheets and copy it into our Zoho CRM (or an equivalent tool you’re comfortable with). • Submit a short progress report at the end of every day. Accuracy and confidentiality are absolutely critical; the information is private and must stay within our shared workspace. A keen eye for detail and fast typing skills will help you succeed. If we work well together, I may also ask for help with other administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments in the future, but for now the focus is purely on data entry.
