Contact Info Spreadsheet Data Entry

More than 200 printed pages of contact information need to be digitised into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. Every record must be typed accurately—names, job titles, company, phone numbers, email addresses and physical addresses—then double-checked so the final file is reliable and ready for immediate use. I will supply scanned PDFs of the documents. Simply open each scan, key the details into Excel or Google Sheets, and keep the field order consistent throughout. Please watch for duplicates, obvious typos and incomplete lines; flag anything unclear so I can resolve it quickly. Deliverables: • One fully populated spreadsheet in .xlsx and .csv formats • Consistent field headings and basic formatting (text wrap, column width, filters) • Deduplicated list with 99 %+ accuracy, validated by a quick spot-check on my side If you have a question about a handwritten note or an illegible line, just leave a short comment in the sheet so nothing slips through the cracks. I’d like the first 25 pages back within 48 hours so we can confirm the layout, then the remainder submitted in batches until everything is complete.
