Hi ! Are you interested in a purely Google Sheets formula-based approach or amenable to custom functions written with Google Apps Script ? In either case, maybe I can help you in your project. I am more comfortable with setting up an Apps Script automation script with Google Sheets to handle complex logic, though, than setting up formula in each cell. I also see a possible simplification of the input process (Run Details sheet) to make it appear more intuitive. To be honest, there seems to be a good number of duplications in the columns, that in the end most are blank in any given row, and had confused me a good deal. But, of course, that all depends ultimately in the final purpose of the file, if such a simplification is truly feasible.
