Improve google PageSpeed Score to at least 80-85

I am looking to hire someone very knowledgeable in GooglePageSpeed Metrics to improve the metrics speed of my website ([login to view URL]) which is a WordPress website. You will only be considered for this project if you are able to answer the question at the end of the project.
Project requirements:
-Must improve both desktop and mobile scores on google pagespeed to at least 80-85 [login to view URL]

-Only relying on the installation of plugins to improve some of the opportunities suggested on PageSpeed is likely not enough. I have currently installed and optimized the following plugins and do not need any duplicate plugins that do the same function: Optimole (images optimization, lazyload). Wp-Rocket (caching, preloading, deferred CSS and JS delivery), and Perfmatters (selectively disabling plugins not used on the homepage).
The question to answer to be considered: After reviewing the current pagespeed scores for the website (for both desktop and mobile) answer the following:
1-What is the pagespeed score for mobile view.
2-what will your approach be to improve the two metrics "time to interactive" and "speed index"
