I want to tie 2 APIs together so that when somebody fills out my Jotform application, it takes specific information and sends it to my Google Places account and submits a NEW LOCATION and mails postcard to them.
The APIs are:

The fields I need it to fill out or transmit from Jotform to > Google Places send are in Quotes. The other text should be defaulted:
a) Business Name: Squeaky Clean House - [City, State pulled form jotform submissions]
b) Address: [pulled from jotform submissions]
c) Main Business Phone: 855-550-4045
d) Category: House Cleaning
e) URL: [url removed, login to view]
f) Do we service customers at their location: Yes, 30 mile radius
g) Store Code: "applicants name"
h) Send Postcard to verify address? YES
I forgot to add this part:
When the applicant receives the Postcard from Google Places with the Pin #, they come back to my website and Submit the pin # on a separate JotForm (here https://form.jotform.com/70736767229164) so I would want it so that when they do, it transmit this pin # to the proper Google Places account for verification.
