We help solopreneurs and SMBs automate marketing, admin, and client work at a fraction of the cost of freelancers or multiple tools. We’re growing fast, and SEO is a core channel we want to own. The Role We’re looking for an SEO Manager who can take ownership of the entire SEO scope, execute, and bring measurable results. You’ll be responsible for making sure [login to view URL] ranks for the right non-branded keywords, drives qualified traffic, and converts that traffic into trials and paying customers. This isn’t a “consulting” role — we want someone who owns strategy + execution, and reports results clearly month over month. Responsibilities Strategy & Roadmap Build a 6–12 month SEO plan focused on non-branded traffic growth. Define the keyword strategy (short-tail, long-tail, SMB-specific). Prioritize high-ROI opportunities (content, backlinks, technical fixes). On-Page SEO Optimize site meta titles, descriptions, and heading structure. Implement structured data (Org, Product, FAQ, Blog). Improve site speed, indexing, and crawlability. Content SEO Work with writers or create content briefs for blogs, guides, and landing pages. Build a content calendar (2–4 posts/month) aligned with keyword goals. Ensure internal linking supports conversions (blog → pricing → trial). Technical SEO Run ongoing audits (PageSpeed, GSC, Lighthouse). Fix errors, duplicate content, and indexing issues. Monitor Core Web Vitals and mobile usability. Off-Page SEO Build backlinks via partnerships, PR, and directories. Identify guest posting opportunities in SMB, SaaS, AI communities. Reporting & Analysis Provide monthly reporting: keyword rankings, traffic growth, click breakdown (branded vs non-branded), conversions from organic. Clearly communicate what was done, what’s next, and expected impact. Requirements 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (B2B SaaS or startup experience a plus). Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and content marketing. Ability to own projects end-to-end (strategy → execution → reporting). Familiar with tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush, PageSpeed Insights, Screaming Frog, etc. Experience in link building and content optimization. Analytical mindset — able to show how SEO efforts tie to trials & revenue. What Success Looks Like Clear monthly reporting: what’s been done, what improved, what’s next. Growth in non-branded clicks (baseline: 5–10/month today → target: 1,000+ in 12 months). Rankings for strategic keywords like “AI tools for small business,” “automate bookkeeping,” “Instagram AI post generator.” SEO becomes a predictable growth channel for enso.bot.
