The main objective is to enable analyzing in detail the activity and behavior of users in the digital assets of our client (web & app) so that relevant insights can be deduced to help make actionable decisions.
Analytics is currently being managed through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Currently, several views with different filters are implemented in Google Analytics for the public area of the web, the private area or the app; and both global traffic and that from logged-in users.
The project consists of developing a series of dashboards (data visualization).
All dashboards will include comparative metrics, which allow comparing their evolution in the period of dates chosen for the report with another previous period.
Likewise, some dynamic filters will have to be included that will allow selecting one of their categories or all of them together.
