Build me a WordPress that immediately earns money [$15-20 a day]

Hi, I am looking for someone who can build a site for me to create a steady flow of income. I am looking for someone who can make a site on WordPress that will make $15-20 on daily basis. This means that you build the site from scratch, fill it with content and make sure it earns a steady income. You can decide how to do it, but it has to be whitehat and lasting. * Content has to be evergreen and be of interest in the long run I am not looking for a specific type of monetization so you can use your own method/ways but they have to be white hat: Google Adsense, textlinkads, CPA-offers, affiliate products, etc. or a combination. The site has to be original in content and optimized for SEO. This means keyword targetting, a professional and clean look and optimized to handle traffic who click on ads. The content has to be readible and pass copyscape. Pictures should be legal. Due to the nature of my project I will only pay after I have consistent income in my (Adsense) account or other proof of earning. Future projects are more than likely if I'm happy with it. I take care of the domain names + hosting. Again, only WHITE HAT. No spamming, only organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites). No autoblogs. No PPC, Adwords or other traffic sources. You will choose keywords and niche and have to come up with a plan about how you will generate the traffic and why you want to choose the niche. Backlinks to the website must be strictly white hat, with right PR (2,3,4) and within reason (no spamming). White hat strategies only, no black/grey and no search engine penalties.
