Con 500 leads diarios entrando desde Instagram y Facebook, el problema no es solo “revisar un funnel”, sino evitar fugas en asignación, seguimiento y atribución antes de que terminen costando ventas. Mi enfoque sería auditar el recorrido completo lead > setter > cierre, detectar cuellos de botella en workflows/pipelines y aplicar primero las mejoras de mayor impacto para que el cambio se note rápido dentro de estos 7 días.
