Rewrite novel from 3rd person POV to 1st person POV (present tense) and eliminate head-hopping

I am a busy romance author who needs assistance in meeting my publishing goals this year. I have two complete novels - one is 85,000 words and one is 100,000 words - that require some very easy but time-consuming editing tasks performed.
The first challenge is to transform the novel from third-person POV to first-person POV, present tense. You may make the most of the find and replace function, however, you must also read through the entire book to make sure that all the changes made make sense, adjusting language line by line if necessary.
The second challenge is to eliminate the head-hopping. This involves separating the hero and heroine's POVs into alternating chapters, or at least into well-defined sections, for example, half a chapter each. I have started the process already with both books, and the first chapters are available to be used as a reference.
The successful candidate/s must be a native English speaker and have experience in writing and editing or ghostwriting. They must be comfortable with reading and editing sex scenes. Experience in writing first-person present tense is also necessary. Confidentiality is also a must!
