Custom Novel Writing

Need someone to quickly write a short novel based on an outline of provided core concepts. In a nutshell this is a sad true story that is based on actual events of a person and his daily quest to Gamble. The story needs to be both comical and dramatic at the same time. Total pages should be less then 100 and the story needs to be written in away where it can be adapted to a screenplay. Strong preference to someone who also has experience with Screenplay and Treatment writing. Looking for English speaking only writers from the US. Writers need to be creative, experienced, and show a couple samples. Also, this is work for hire and by bidding you agree and acknowledge that you hold no claim or ownership in the project. You will however be given partial credit.
