We need a GIS professional to create a single shapefile from three shapefiles. Boundaries of the layers must not overlap. The following order of priority for the layers must apply where boundaries overlap: (1) statsnzterritorial-authority-2018-generalised-SHP (excluding any layers where TA2018_V1_00_NAME = "Area Outside Territorial Authority") (2) General_Statistical_Areas. (3) FAO Areas. *Retain all layer data for the FAO_Areas. * Add the following static layer data for General_Statistical_Areas FID=13 F_CODE=81 F_LEVEL=MAJOR F_STATUS=1 OCEAN=Pacific SUBOCEAN=8 F_AREA=81 ID=13 ia_name_l0=New Zealand NAME_EN=Pacific, Southwest NAME_FR=Pacifique, sud-ouest NAME_ES=PacÃfico, sudoccidental Add the following static layer data to statsnzterritorial-authority-2018-generalised-SHP: at_admlevel=0 at_iso3=NZL ia_continent=Oceania ia_region=Australia and New Zealand ia_name_l0=New Zealand Deadline: 48 hours.
