Morning Wedding Venue Setup

The venue doors open early on wedding day and I need an energetic team on-site that morning to transform an empty hall into a ceremony-ready space. I’m after 3–5 reliable helpers who can jump straight into: • Setting up chairs and tables in the layout I’ll provide • Rolling out and positioning rugs so aisles and lounge areas look perfect • General hands-on help—moving décor, carrying boxes, tidying as we go No prior event experience is necessary; a positive attitude, punctual arrival, and the ability to lift light furniture safely are what matter. We’ll work together, share instructions on the spot, and aim to have everything looking polished within a few hours. Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended; I’ll supply any tools or protective gloves needed.
