Our firm (Biotronik Inc.) Is currently searching for an Excel Savvy Administrative Assistant for a prestigious company in the Health Care district, responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative
Assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
I have a degree in Engineering plus several A.A. Degrees in for Microsoft (MSSE+I), Cisco(CCNA) (CCND) and Novell 4.11 - 5.2 Administrator. I presently have a secure file cabinet, desk, HP Color Scanner, Brother Laser Color Printer and use Dymo 450 and Dymo 320 for letter labeling unless I use window envelopes. Mt typing ranges from 40-65 wpm dependent on the what is being typed. I use Microsoft Office 2016 Pro and have used Quicken Retail and Peachtree Quantum. I also have Adobe CS6 that includes options to design, limit and age PDF files through Adobe Distiller and LiveCycle. I can also decrypt prior workers passwords from PDF's. Freelancer refers me as an expert in the conversion and layout of eBooks and Hard Copy through CreateSpace. My workstation is a HP dual Xeon cpu running at 2.93ghz and have storage up to 5 TB. Network Management is another field that I can do along with Scripting and programming in some languages. I would to know whom I work for and that it documented. I also want to know if I would be independent contractor or and employee? If I am an Employee then what are the benefits? The amount I listed in the bid in the minimum that would be accepted with a guarantee the I would have at least 30 minimum of work per week and if not to be as it that was the case.
