Godot Developer for RPG Game like Earthbound

I am looking for a Godot Developer to help me create an RPG game similar to Earthbound. Although I have a rough idea of what I want, I need someone to help me design the characters and world for the game. The preferred art style for the game is pixel art, and I want the game to include turn-based combat. I am looking for a developer with experience in Godot and a strong background in game development. The ideal candidate will have experience with pixel art and turn-based combat mechanics. The game will need to be playable on PC.
