Build me an mobile game -- 2

I need to hire one game designer which will provide you the game user interface designs like game screens, character and animations and then a programmer to make the game work. Some of the features I want in this game include players earning a certain amount of coins per each upgraded animal. I want to have an optional watch ad button that they cant skip for coin or gem bonus. I also want to have a mandatory forced ad every 5 minutes that the players can skip. I can provide photos of different animals I want to use for the characters in the game.
