I started my journey back in 2011 and went on to work on multiple projects at the same time with Cross Functional Team for Financial, Insurance, E- Commerce and AI application for windows, web and client server web based application and cloud application like Salesforce with Sales/marketing and Service cloud. To understand user need I have reviewed Business Requirement /User Story document of Functional/Non Functional. Use case/Design Document I reviewed to get a clear concept of application’s work flow and behave. When it comes to Testing, I have created Test Scenario/Test Case/Test Plan/Test Execution Report/Defect Log Report along with RTM when needed. Now for Black Box testing such as Functional and Non-Functional of Functional/Integration/Ad hoc/Smoke/Regression/Back End/System/End to End I have performed using various test scenarios of valid, Invalid and boundary as well as various test techniques of Decision table, State transitioning, Boundary value analysis. Usability/User experience and Exploratory/Cross Browsing testing to meet end goal of user satisfaction. Also performed Mobile testing using real device of IPhone/Samsung/I Pad. For test management tool I have used ALM/QC/TFS/RALLY/JIRA with Test Rail/VSTS. When I have found defect, Mostly JIRA was used to log and report it. To perform Automated Regression and Functional Testing UFT was the tool I have mostly used. I have followed Agile scrum most of my career with 3/5/3 manifesto in various companies.
