The current sensor enclosure works, yet assembling and pulling it apart is still a hassle. I have a full set of photos of our existing shell—inside and out—and would like the whole piece re-engineered in Autodesk Fusion 360 so it can be printed quickly and clipped together just as quickly, no tools required. Scope • Re-create the housing in Fusion 360 from the reference images and dimensions I supply. • Refine wall splits, latches or snap-fit features so the two halves align cleanly and open/close in seconds. • Keep all internal mounts for the sensors intact while easing cable routing. • Optimise the geometry for FDM printing: sensible overhang angles, minimum supports, uniform wall thickness and tidy fillets at stress points. Deliverables 1. Native Fusion 360 (.f3d) file with full parametric timeline. 2. Print-ready STL files for each part. 3. A short note (or screen capture) showing how the pieces lock and unlock. Experience with Fusion 360’s parametric tools and a solid track record designing snap-fit plastic parts will be the key factor in choosing who to work with.
