I’m building a small robot and need several custom parts modelled directly in Fusion 360 so I can move quickly from design to fabrication. I’ll provide overall dimensions, reference photos and the layout of neighbouring components; you translate that information into clean, fully-parametric Fusion 360 bodies with all features, joints and clearances ready for 3-D printing or light CNC work. Please organise the model so I can tweak key parameters later (wall thickness, hole spacing, mounting tabs, etc.). Filenames and component names should be clear and consistent, and every body must pass Fusion 360’s interference and section-analysis checks before hand-off. Deliverables • Native .f3d file with a well-structured browser tree • STEP and STL exports for each part • A brief PDF drawing or screen capture set showing critical dimensions and assembly orientation Acceptance criteria • All mates and fastener holes align in the digital assembly without forcing • Printable without supports where reasonable, or supports clearly marked if unavoidable • Dimensional tolerance ±0.1 mm on features that mate with off-the-shelf hardware If you’re comfortable iterating live over screenshare from time to time, even better—let me know in your offer along with a couple of relevant samples.

Hi, I’m experienced with Fusion 360 and would be interested in helping with your robot project. I’m comfortable working from dimensions, reference images, sketches, and the layout of surrounding components to create accurate 3D models. My experience is mainly focused on practical CAD design, including designing around existing components, fitment, mounting points, clearances, and parts intended for 3D printing or fabrication. I can provide the native Fusion 360 files along with STEP and STL exports, while keeping the browser tree and component names organised. I can also build the models parametrically so important dimensions can be adjusted later where appropriate. I have designed functional assemblies from scratch in Fusion 360, including a custom sim-racing control/mounting system with a quick-connect mechanism and front-mounted controls. This involved designing around physical hardware and making sure the components worked together as a real assembly. I’m comfortable iterating on designs based on your measurements and requirements and paying close attention to fit, clearances, and critical dimensions. I’d be happy to discuss the parts and get started. Thanks for considering my proposal.
