Rocket stove panels From my hand-drawn concept and dimensions, create a flat-pattern DXF set that slots together without welding. Tabs, slots, and air-flow openings must align once the parts are bent or folded. The design should nest efficiently on a standard 1200 × 2400 mm sheet. Deliverables • Two production-ready DXF files (logo, stove) • A quick PNG render of each cut path so I can review visually before fabrication • Any source CAD in case I need small tweaks later (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar) Acceptance I’ll drop the files straight into SheetCam; if they import with no open contours and cut simulations run cleanly, the job is done. Requirements: The output must be a 2D DXF file. The design should be optimized for metal cutting, ensuring all parts are connected (stenciled) and there are no floating elements. For example, the inner parts of the letters 'O', 'D', and 'A' must be properly bridged to the main body. The final file should be scalable without losing detail or manufacturability. Please deliver a clean and professional file, free of any errors. Part 2: Rocket Stove Fabrication Plans Objective: Create a complete set of DXF files to manufacture the rocket stove shown in the attached image ([login to view URL]). Requirements: Analyze the provided photograph to reverse-engineer the design of the rocket stove. Produce a set of individual DXF files for each flat metal part required for assembly. The files must be laid out flat, ready for cutting from a standard metal sheet. Please include a simple 3D assembly drawing (e.g., in PDF or a simple 3D model viewer format) to show how the different parts fit together. This will serve as a guide for welding and assembly. The design should be practical and functional, based on the principles of a rocket stove. Final Deliverables: One (1) final DXF file for the logo. A complete set of DXF files for each individual part of the rocket stove. A simple 3D assembly guide/drawing for the rocket stove (PDF format is preferred). Skills Required: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.). Experience in creating DXF files for laser/plasma cutting (Design for Manufacturing). Ability to interpret images to create functional mechanical designs. Strong attention to detail. Please include examples of similar work you have done in your proposal.
