We are a Vietnam-based startup preparing to launch the world’s first automated production of a high-value seafood item, while all competitors still rely on manual labor. This innovation is the result of 9 years of research, design, testing, and development, addressing an industry with inherent quality inconsistency of traditional methods, while substantially increasing scalability and profitability. Our proof-of-concept production line is 90–95% completed and will be ready in 6–9 months, and we are now raising a bridge round of USD 50K–100K, leading to a main round of ~USD 3M. Based on internal financial projections and industry benchmarks, we estimate the company’s valuation potential to be in the USD 12M–40M range, giving early investors significant upside. Your role Identify and connect with qualified Vietnamese and international investors Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches Guide us through the fundraising process, from bridge financing to the main round Act as the presentation “face and voice” of the company in investor interactions What we are looking for Native-level English (Vietnamese–English bilingual strongly preferred) Strong presentation, networking, and persuasion skills Background in fundraising, investor relations, or financial advisory Startup or scalable-business experience is a plus Compensation Commission-based, tied to the funds you help raise. However we must advise you that no competent entrepreneur will accept fully incentive-based payment. There must be something up-front for the developer of the pitch deck and supporting docs. And putting our face on your fundraising efforts? Incentive is fine, but it's a complicated topic. Investors hate three things: 1. Finder’s fees 2. Long decks 3.
