We are opening a seed funding round and are seeking an experienced fundraising partner with an established network of angel investors. Scope of Work - Introduce us to qualified angel investors interested in fintech and financial services startups. - If your network includes venture capital firms, family offices, or strategic investors, those introductions are also welcome. - Coordinate investor communications, schedule meetings, and assist with follow-ups throughout the fundraising process. - Help maintain momentum by coordinating due diligence requests and facilitating communication between investors and our team. - Provide regular updates on outreach progress and investor feedback. Compensation This is a 100% success-based engagement. - 1% success fee on the total investment amount successfully received by Marathe CredCare Private Limited. - No upfront fees, retainers, or hourly payments. - The success fee is payable only after investment funds have been received in the company's bank account. Deliverables - Qualified introductions to genuine investors interested in early-stage fintech opportunities. - Support in coordinating discussions and due diligence until the investment process is completed. - Professional communication and periodic progress updates throughout the engagement.
