We are looking for an experienced team of developers to build a premium chat and content platform similar to S**tPanther.com. The project includes the development of a responsive website, an admin dashboard for full management, and mobile apps (Flutter) as a "Lite" version for creators to chat and make calls. Please note: We will provide a fully designed UI/UX for both the web platform and mobile apps, which has already been created by our design team. Your role will be to implement the design pixel-perfect according to these specifications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices. An external programmer with significant experience will be overseeing and reviewing all development progress to ensure that the work meets the required standards and follows best practices. This external programmer will be responsible for monitoring code quality, security measures, and overall project architecture. Scope of Work: 1. Website Development (Frontend + Backend): Frontend: Fully responsive, modern UI/UX for web browsers and mobile devices, based on the provided design. Intuitive interface for both creators and users. Core features include: User registration, profile creation, and management. Search functionality with filters (e.g., by categories, location, etc.). Payment gateway integration for credit card processing). Messaging and live chat functionality with creators. Private media exchange (photos, videos). Scheduling and booking system for live video or phone calls. Notifications and alerts system. Privacy controls for users and creators. Backend: Server-side logic to support: Real-time messaging and media exchange. Phone call integration through VOIP or similar services. Detailed user and creator dashboards with activity history, balance, and earnings. Payment processing and transaction history. Content moderation features (reporting, blocking, etc.). Automatic commission calculation for creators' earnings. Compliance with local regulations, particularly regarding adult content, payment processing, and data privacy (GDPR, etc.). 2. Admin Dashboard (Responsive): A powerful, secure dashboard for the admin to manage the platform, including: Full control over users and creators (suspension, approval, earnings tracking, etc.). Financial reporting (earnings, payouts, and commissions). Content moderation and user reports handling. Analytics and performance insights (user activity, traffic, etc.). Server monitoring and log tracking. Role-based access control for different admin levels. 3. Mobile Applications (iOS & Android) - Lite Version: Functionality for Creators Only: Simple UI for creators to: Respond to messages. Make and receive phone calls through VOIP. Manage their availability for chat or calls. Notifications for new messages, calls, and earnings. Security: Ensure all communications are encrypted and compliant with app store regulations. Technical Requirements: Frontend Technology: React.js, Vue.js, or Angular for the web. Flutter or React Native for mobile apps (preferred for cross-platform development).
