Description: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a SaaS platform focused on AI collaboration and governance. As our first developer, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the product from the ground up and influence its future direction. You will collaborate closely with product management and senior executives, contributing to all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the platform is secure, intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable. Key Responsibilities: MVP Development: Lead the design and development of our AI collaboration and governance platform MVP. Translate product requirements into functional, high-quality code. Full Stack Development: Work on both front-end (React, JavaScript) and back-end (Node.js, Python) development tasks. Develop and maintain robust APIs and database systems using SQL. Technical Leadership: Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices that will shape the platform's future. Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability. Collaboration: Work closely with the product manager to brainstorm ideas and implement new features. Communicate effectively with senior executives to align technical solutions with business goals. Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, and ClickHouse. Experience in creating containerized applications. Familiarity with deploying applications in cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development principles. Current knowledge of AI and machine learning principles are required Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development. Proven track record of building and deploying SaaS platforms or complex web applications. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
