Community App With Security & Events

I need a full–stack mobile application that serves three clear user groups in our apartment community: residents, visitors, and on-site security personnel. Residents must receive instant security alerts on their phones, so that workflow is the top priority. Alongside that, I want a smooth visitor-management flow and a complete event hub. For events, the app should let any authorised resident: • Create and schedule community events • Collect RSVPs and track attendance in real time • Push notifications and reminders to everyone who opted in Visitors will use a pared-down interface to check in, request access or respond to invitations, while security staff need a dashboard to approve or deny entries and broadcast urgent notices. A lightweight web admin panel to manage user roles, export logs and monitor security feeds will round out the build. Deliverables are the compiled iOS and Android apps, the admin portal, clean documented source code and a short hand-off session so we can maintain the system internally.
