The freelancer must have a track record of 2-3 years of successful facebook advertising campaign creation and an excellent ability to work with excel spreadsheets and the manipulation thereof. His or her approach to our advertising campaigns must be methodical and industrious in order to make it a success in creating conversion for us. This project is divided into two phases. First, the analysis, recommendation and planning phase. This phase should take 1-2 days. Please only bid for this project if you have the time for this in the next couple of days. The second phase is the implementation phase. When you bid please specify if you are bidding for phase 1 only, or for phase 1&2. If you do not state which phase you are bidding for you are bidding for both phase 1 & 2. In addition, the following work must be done:
1. Review our existing facebook campaigns and analyse and report in detail on the quality of our assets photos, text, choice of audience and all other parameters that could possibly contribute to a more effective campaign creation. This must be in writing.
2. Analyse why they are not performing and make recommendations to remedy this.
3. List all groups and subgroups currently used and make suggestions for groups and subgroups to create a well working target audience.
4. Make recommendations for at least 10 different lookalike audience creations and explain why they might be relevant.
5. Create an excel sheet with a minimum of 20 campaigns with different audience groups and subgroups so that we can build enough data to read and determine which choices are more effective. And make sure all your recommendations stated in your report are reflective in the excel sheet.
6. Study the countries chosen for the existing ad campaigns and explain and make recommendation on what to choose for the newer and better campaigns
7. Explain if we should use English or other languages too and explain how this can be organised and implemented.
8. Make suggestions using your expertise and experience that has not been considered above or in the existing facebook campaigns.
Phase two is the ad creation and a two week monitoring phase.
A. Creation of facebook advertising campaigns using all information and data gained in phase 1. Implementation of all your work into these 30 advertising campaigns as per the written report and excel sheet.
B. Daily monitoring and reporting back to me in writing at the end of your work day for a minimum of two weeks
C. Tweak and change your campaigns daily in accordance to your end of day report
D. Upload an email list of 85k emails to Facebook advert and create one additional low cost but regular brand awareness campaign with this email list for a very targeted campaign.
