Freelance Technical recruiters are needed!
We are seeking freelance recruiters to assist our company with finding and hiring qualified IT candidates for our open requisitions. Are you the kind of person who thrives on a challenge? Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? Then this could be the job for you!
The ideal candidate must be able to find qualified and interested candidates to submit for various IT and software development positions, pre-screen, interview them, and maintain contact until placement.
This opportunity is for recruiters who are energetic, have excellent communication skills, passionate about finding talented candidates, and motivated to earn potential high income.
This job is commission based only! The hours are flexible and you will receive up to 40% of the Gross Margin earned by the placement (potential income from $300 to $2400 per month).
Must be comfortable picking up the phone to call candidates
Must handle rejection well
Must have “get the job done” attitude
Excellent Time Management skills
Previous experience with full-cycle recruitment preferred, but not required
