Hi, Most of this list genuinely is light - bundle and package rename, icon and splash, the animated golden border on room cards, signing and the release AAB. That part is quick. The Agora to LiveKit swap is the piece I would not call light, and I would rather say so now than discover it halfway. In a voice party app the realtime SDK is not a dependency you swap in and out. Room and channel lifecycle, token minting, mute and speaking states, audio routing and reconnect handling are all written against Agora's API and have to be rebuilt against LiveKit's. On its own that is bigger than everything else on your list combined. Also worth knowing before you commit: LiveKit removes licence fees, not infrastructure. Self hosting means running the SFU and a TURN server on a VPS, and Hostinger shared hosting will not run either. So it is a small VPS, or LiveKit Cloud's free tier with its limits. On Firebase, rather than me sending you JSON from a project I own, it is cleaner if you create the project and add me. Then it is yours from day one and nothing has to be migrated later.
