Have an App made with Flutter, Want to fix some issues on it

I have an application made with flutter, it is consist of a service app that has client and service providers, the backend is made with PHP (Laravel)
I want to fix the below issues:
1. provider cannot see orders
2. categories will be removed from the profile after closing the app
3. Setup QR Code system (we have to make QR code for each service provider
when Service Provider being hired by client, the client scans that code and the job being marked as started
when the service provider finishes the job, it will be scanned by client again and it will be marked as finished, the duration between start and finish will be kept for that job as duration)
4. Review system after finish of any job
