Flutter Geo-Assign Delivery Feature

I have a production-ready Flutter e-commerce app and need to add one focused feature: as soon as a customer confirms an order, the app must locate the closest available delivery person and alert them instantly. Technical direction • Location data will come from real-time GPS tracking supplied by each courier’s device. • I am standardising on Google Maps APIs for distance and nearest-neighbour calculations. • The delivery person should receive a push notification (Firebase Cloud Messaging is already configured, but you may use any equivalent service that plugs into Flutter seamlessly).
