I'd write the seed pipeline as a script that ingests the OFF CSV/JSON export, normalises fields against your schema, and pushes it in batches rather than hand loading 5k rows, so re-seeding later is a rerun, not a rebuild. Four screens, scan history, and the comparison view are straightforward Flutter state management. iOS doesn't need a Mac on my end, Codemagic handles build and signing in the cloud.
