Flutter backgound Handler

Hello everyone.

I need a flutter project with a background handler function.

This is only one page.

The app is the one which calls some api at a special time.

But although the app is closed (not background state), you have to call the api at a special time.

You can build one page with a date time field and one button.

After select the date time and press the button., the api will work at special time

Please bid if you are experienced .

* wil have to work on android and ios

It is okay if you can develop native module for android and ios.
