The riskier half is the Play Store publish, because that build goes out to every existing user. If something in the signing config, version code, or target API level isn't right, the rollout either gets rejected or, worse, ships broken to people already using the app. So I treat that part with more care than the UI change. Here's how I'd run it. First, look at the actual glitch on a device and reproduce it, since a lot of listing page issues on Flutter are layout constraints or overflow behaving differently across screen sizes rather than a bug in the widget itself. Fix it properly rather than patching the symptom, then check it holds on a few different screen sizes and on both a small and large device, so it doesn't just look right on the one phone you tested on. Then the release. Build the signed AAB against your existing keystore, bump the version code, verify the target API level meets Play's current requirement, and push it as a staged rollout rather than straight to 100%. Starting at a small percentage means if anything unexpected shows up in the crash reports, we halt it before it reaches everyone. Then ramp it up once it's clean.
