Develop Mobile Applications for School Learning & Management System for a Reputed School Network in Pakistan

We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer (or team) to design, develop, and deploy two integrated mobile applications — Staff App and Parent App — for American Lyceum International School. Both apps will be cross-platform (Android & iOS) and connected to a central backend, ensuring real-time data synchronization and secure access for staff, parents, and administrators. Scope of Work & Features: Staff App Attendance Management Staff attendance marking via QR code scanning or geo-fencing based on office location. Student attendance marking from class-wise student lists. Diary Module Teachers can create, edit, and post daily/weekly diaries for students. Support for text, attachments, and links. General Voucher System Create and manage general vouchers for staff. Track voucher approval status. Accounts Statement Individual staff can view their account statements, including payments, deductions, and outstanding balances. Parent App Single Login for Multiple Children Parents can view all their children’s profiles under a single account. Student Information & Updates View diaries assigned by teachers. Access weekly planners and schedules. Check results of exams and tests. View datesheets for upcoming exams. School notice board for announcements. Complaint Module Submit complaints or concerns directly through the app. Track complaint status and responses. General Requirements: Backend Development: Secure API to connect both apps to the school’s existing/student database or a new backend system. Admin panel for managing staff, students, attendance, diaries, vouchers, results, planners, and complaints. Technology Stack: Frontend: Flutter (Android & iOS) Backend: Laravel / Node.js (or developer’s recommendation) Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL Hosting: Developer to recommend best hosting solution. Security & Compliance: Secure login with JWT or OAuth2. Role-based access controls. Data encryption in transit and at rest. Other: Clean and modern UI/UX aligned with school branding. Proper documentation for both code and user guide. Post-launch support & bug fixing for an agreed period. Deliverables: Fully functional Staff App (Android & iOS). Fully functional Parent App (Android & iOS). Backend API with admin panel. Complete source code for both apps & backend. Deployment on Google Play Store & Apple App Store.
