One segment of the animation consists of:

I would provide the following material:
High resolution image of the person (neutral background suited for masking)
More photos for the background

We probably need ten animations like that (different persons, different text, different backgrounds but always the same timing and effects). The flash framework will be reusable over all ten animations.
I need the bid for one animation (out of probably ten). 100 % of
the effects will be the same during all animations.
We need the source files after completion of all ten animations.
