3D Room Planner

A 3D Room Planner application is needed with following features,

* Preferred application is to be written in Flash.

* Users should be able to draw their room by using this application (define doors, windows, color of the walls, structure of the room..etc)

* Users should be able to add furnitures to their design. Furnitures will be provided by us. So that we should be able to add/modify these selectable furniture items anytime into the menus. Like sofa, carpet, curtains..etc

* Final application should be SIMPLE. Esthetic widgets should be created.

* Full Application specification will be delivered to winner

* Final design should be stored in a MySQL database. So user can continue with the planner anytime.

There are some similar examples in this concept. But these are not what we want exactly.
