Flash based Webcam facility

Hi,

I' m in search of a reliable partner with proved skill in the use of webcam based on flash technology; it is important that the camera windows could be used without any download of software from the user side.

The basic request for this auction is a two windows console with a typing chat hosted in a html page.

When the user get the page he should be able to see my webcam if active and activate his own camera to start an audio-video session.

I'm ready to give you all the necessary details to go through the project.
